I ordered Lilly bouquet with a vase from them for around 2000 INR and they sent some roses probably worth only 700INR

Had placed an order on their website on 14th Feb.
Order ID - 1256988
Its been 2 days since they've been saying delivery of the product to the person failed. They haven't tried contacting me or the person i placed the order for. I have been trying to contact them via phone, email, linkedin but absolutely no response.
This website needs to be taken down since it isn't functional.
The only solution i need is a refund. i've paid close to 1k.
I have attached screenshots of two emails from them. I can't reply to the email and their contact number's are either unavailable or busy since 2 days.
Please help.

My complain is regarding the company MFT MYFLOWERTREE
It’s regarding the order number #1257687 which was supposed to be delivered yesterday i.e., 14 feb but its is not delivered yet … in tracking it was showing out for delivery and then nothing delivered till date
No support is available even not able to contact with customer service as continuously it is going busy only and no delivery partner contact has been shared
Fraud … kindly look into it…

This website is a scam. Just take money and don't provide the orders. Brilliant day light robbery... Scam..

I ordered an item with order id- 1255695. The item was ordered on 14 Feb 24. The delivery slot that was given was between 0600 am to 0900pm. The item has not been delivered on time which has spoiled the occasion and caused mental stress to me. Also the item was worth 1650 rupees. I want the complete refund from the company

I have ordered Rakhi +Sweets on 31 Aug 23 and it is supposed to get delivered on same day. Infact they have charged 250 extra for same day delivery. I haven't received the product yet and i have called customer service multiple times but they aren't reachable. finally they have answered my call after 15-20 calls i made and i have requested them to cancel the order and initiate the refund since they couldn't deliver the product on same day as promised. The customer service informed me that refund will be initiated but i haven't received any confirmation yet . I have tried to contact them again today (02 September 23) but left unanswered.

The customer service is pathetic.

Ordered sugar free cake on 13th May morning for my Dad's surprise birthday but altogether it was surprise and headache for us as till date we are chasing with no proper updates.
multiple phone calls made but everytime the call gets connected wrong information provided asking use to wait and giving us reassurance that delivery will happen for sure.

if order or product cant be delivered why making fake promises regarding delivery within the same day..

My order promised same day delivery for mothers day but not delivered...it takes 1 hr to connect with them and end they say order cancelled and refunded in 24 hr.. same thing repeatedly happening till today... feel cheated and depressed

PATHETIC SERVICE.
I ordered for Mothers' day, after promising same day delivery, they defaulted and did not deliver. I asked for order cancellation but their customer service horrible and did not respond to my cancellation request.
The next day at untimely hour at night 11pm they delivered incomplete order with almost DEAD flowers.
They are not responding for refund and their customer complaint wait time on call is forever.

I am writing this mail to file a complaint against the online site 'MyFlowertree' as they have done fraud with me of Rs.4418. I have ordered two International Women's Day flower+chocolate combo products from them for my Loved ones on 07 March 2023, for a delivery that MyFlowerTree committed on 08 March 2023 before 3pm IST. But they still have not delivered these products at the given address. I have ordered (Order no.# 1161120 and 1161123) the gifts from their 'Same Day Delivery' section so these will get delivered directly without any hassle. But the site took the money from me through internet banking but the products are still not get delivered.
Please file complaint against this site and help me out in getting my money back. I will be very thankful to you.

I ordered a product from flower tree but nothing got delivered.Also they are not even responding on calls.

I haven't got any call from your side instead i tried reaching out reschedule doesn't matter because this was today gift was it means giving tomorrow. Please give my refund as soon as possible. You should have provide the number to reach till you anyways refund me the amount.order came on 15th but i have not taken but needed the refund for the same.

Hi i have ordered bookay and made payment of Rs. 1569 at 12.04 am on 14/02/2023, and the status for delivery shown on the vendor portal is delivery will be made before 9 pm, but till date as on 15/02/2023, no delivery is made and their contact no. [protected] is all time busy and no response from them, further there is no option of cancelling order and no refund made till date, so they totally commit fraud and cheated me and of course to many other consumers as lots of complaint on their twitter handles which i have investigated later on.

I had placed an order vide order number 1149406 for Valentine's day. But the order is still not delivered and neither I am able to connect with the customer care. This is very frustrating. These guys have ruined my Valentine's Day. Now I have placed a complaint for refund. That is also not being acted. Totally fraud company.

I had ordered from this site on valentines Day (14th Feb 2023). They did not deliver my order although i paid extra for same day delivery.
There is No tracking system.
No call centre.
They don't pick up the calls., there is only 1 number on the website which doesnt work . No place to cancel my order since its not delivered yet and it feels like i have been cheated from this website.

Ordered cake n flowers on 23.11.2022 for morning delivery. did not received till 9pm. when checked status of order, it showed delivered. tried complaining by email/ phone call same day but wrong email address and no one responded on phone. after so many days, when i connected with one of the executive, she told me about complaints portal, i complaint. Now they're saying that their delivery boy delivered same day and dont have any complaint on the same day. So cannot check it now.
I have produced all the available information/facts/screenshots showing undelivered order, but they are not helping.
My hard earned money went waste.

I ordered (Order Id 1086244) an expensive bouquet of roses in a vase for my daughter's 18th birthday but they delivered a simple bunch of flowers which do not match with product on display from any angle. When I explained the problem to them by calling their number [protected], the customer rep said 'let me check' and then simply disconnected the phone. Thereafter they didn't pick the phone. Bogus site, false advertisement and fake images of products - they are out there to cheat remote customers. Don't go by all the fancy bouquets on their site. These are just images picked from other site. Myflowertree doesn't have the necessary set-up to deliver these. Not at all recommended.

I have placed an order with order id 10***79 on 11 Aug at 2:28pm selected the same day delivery but i haven’t received any order till now (today’s 16 Aug). Tried contacting the customer care multiple times regarding the same but didn’t get any response. This website should be ban, they are eating the hard earn money of the innocent people. Please sue the company and the owner.

Don’t buy any product with this website very bad experience I ordered same day rakhi deliver but it’s comes to end of 2nd day my order still not delivered and they have very bad customer care phone process they didn’t pick up any call and even customer care executive haven’t professional they ignore your call very disappointed never recommend this site for anyone they stole money too many people.

The order placed has not yet been delivered and the customer care executives are not even providing appropriate details and status of my order. I have made multiple calls but they are not even responding on calls when question is being asked and are just being silent on the call.

The service is very bad and the behaviour of the executives is not at all professional and is laid back.

Kindly don’t order anything from this website. They are incapable of delivering products on time on specially emotionally high occasions like birthdays . They are incapable of delivering products in a city like New Delhi so forget about any other city in India. My gift was supposed to be delivered yesterday on Kid’s birthday it has not been delivered till now and I haven’t got one single explanation as to why. And I’m not the only one with whom this kind of incident has happened. Kindly avoid this website.
