[Resolved]  Myvirtualplaza.com — Non Delivery of the Product

I had purchased a Micromax A110 mobile on 28 Jan 2013 from from myvirtualplaza.com.i had made the payment with my SBI creditcard.Payment was successful but i dint get any order id.I tried myvirtualplaza number lots of time but couldn't connect with them.I files the case against myvirtualplaza with help of "Akosha team" but all fail.Hope to get the solution for my problem from your side.Waiting for the reply

We were going through old complaints that we were not able to resolve and came across the one filed by you (#137317). We are extremely sorry that we could not help you despite our best efforts. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. We are learning from our mistakes and trying hard to get past the constraints that we still face to improve the resolution rate. Hope you will also understand our situation.
