Naaptol / Blackberry 9530 3G — Not refund my money | |||
Dear sir i have order blackberry 9539 3G on 09 march 2012. i have recevied this product on 16 march, but i found in this product many fault as like memory card no support and touch no properly work and hanging problum.then i was return my order after than i have recevied new refersh order but same problum in this product then i was requset that i want return my money.i was sent to Naaptol product on 23 April 2012.but still i have not recevied my money or product. i'm daily called to naaptol care but they are not give satisfied answer,now 5 months have completd i have paid Rs 9200/- so please i requst you kindly take action agianst him.and please provide me my money as soon as,, thanks&Reagrds babloo patel [protected],[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Naaptol.com — Refund My Money
I’d sent my Vox double-flip mobile (ord. no.[protected] to your Mumbai office (J S Assiciates….) on May 14th , 2012. I’ve not yet received any acknowledge from you in this regard. I’ve also clearly stated that I need a refund of my money.How long do I have to wait to bet my money back?
