[Resolved]  Naaptol — Ephone dual sim

1. I paid for the e phone dual sim on cod basis after receipt of the product on 25 sept o9. My order no was 47524.

2. On 30 sept i lodged a complaint of defect in product on helpline and was given complaint no 1803 on 30 sept with an assurance that within 10 days the product would be replaced. Since then i have made numerous calls to the helpline with no avail.in fact at times i have been kept on hold for 15 mins without any response. On one occasion when i called to speak to ms shruti lad manager operations, i was told by one mr sachin that action would be taken imdtly but nothing has been done till date. Ms shruti does not respond to calls on mob no [protected]. My mob no is [protected].

3. I see far to many complaints on ephone on the net why is naaptol sleeping over it. Can any one advise me on action to be taken. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in
