I had placed an order for Blackberry Storm Mobile through Naaptol (Details in below trail mail) and after receiving the order i found is not operational post which i immediately informed the customer service team on which they asked me to resend the Mobile to their warehouse. I received the phone on 4th May and i couriered it back on 5th may via Blue Dart due to wrong location mentioned by Customer Service Executive the courier went from JS communication to new location at Dahisar and shear waste of 10 days and it was received by the new ware house on 15th May and have received confirmation for the same.
Post which i have called on 20th May and 28th may subsequently for which i have received confirmation that i will received refund before 8th June 2012 but now as per my latest call with Saurav Mandal form Customer Service team it was told that i will not get a refund but a replacement which is completely bizarre from the commitment given earlier by Naaptol team and which is not accepted.
Their TAT for refund is 21days max and as i have couriered it on 5th may it comes to 26th May which is already passed and not acceptable.
Please help in refunding the money back.
