[Resolved] Naaptol — delivery of different Co product | |||
I had ordered online for supply of Jaipan Induction cooking @ a cost of Rs.1999.00 plus shipment charges of Rs.399.00 under Order No.2156253.I had paid the money and received Anjali Induction cooking. Besides the kadai supplied is of inferior quality. When the same was reported to their customer care centre over their cell No.[protected] they admitted their mistake and asked me to return the Induction cooking and kadai by curior to M/s.J S Assaociates in Mumbai by curior , on receipt of which the correct ordered product will be sent to me by curior, I am a senior citizen and could not move around indipentaly elsewhere, that is the reason I had choose M/s.Naaptol online and oredered this coking system to get it delivered to my home. Now I do not want to go out and book this unwanted industion cooking system and let them refund me the sum of Rs.2398.00 together with interest andf take back the different product delivered to me. I tried to call naaptol almost 50 times but all my attempts were in vain.
In my Wespro tablet touch screen pc, the charge is staying for only 10 min maximum, and after that switch off. again whole night charge and again 10 min duration and switch off.
I called naaptol to do somthing with that. I can not use that one also. what to do? my Rs. 6298 is waste.
