[Resolved] Naaptol.com / 1gm Heavy Gold Jewellery — defective and not worth the price | |||
In response to a telemarketing executive, I had purchased 1gm gold jewellery worth Rs.2300/- from Naaptol.com. Earlier I got a call from this company requesting me to purchase this product and assured me of good quality of the product. After opening the case, few of the items were found defective. Also the quality of the set was found not worthy of price paid. I called the customer care executive & requested him to please provide a replacement for this item with anything worth the same or else refund our money back. But the executive did not care for my complaint and said that the product could not be replaced nor I could get my money back. Since this is an online purchase, it can happen the product what we receive at home might be of lower quality or not worthy of price we tend to purchase and shown on the website display.
