[Resolved] Naaptol.com — Defective mobile phone | |||
I bought touch screen e phone from naaptol dec. End, 2009. For rs.5200/=. The phone supplied was totally defective. Its touch keypad, handwriting recognition never worked from day one. Screen was also very bad. I complained he same to the naaptol. They requested to return the phone to be replaced with a brand new set. I spent rs.300/= for reshipping the phone back to the company. Courier people do not accept mobile phones for shipment normally. Yesterday, i received the shipment of mobile phone. To my surprise and astonishment they have returned the same phone in new packing. They have not even bothered to repair the same. Now, they are again asking me to return the phone to be replaced. They are really befooling indian public. What are their business ethics? They supply cheap chinese materials with totally bad quality. Beware of such online shoopng companies... Was this information helpful? | |||
