Naaptol.com — delay in delivery | |||
i had ordered a wireless cctv camera from naaptol.com on 24th june,2012 under order id 4271002 and i already did the payment through internet banking. They have mentioned that product will be delivered in 7-10 working days but 15 working days have elasped and i have not recieved my order yet. On registering the complain to Naaptol customer care, i got a pretyped reply that it will be delievered shortly and sorry for the delay. No courier number have been alloted to track down the product. Highly ignorant behaviour is displayed by these Naaptol.com and i would like to recieve my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
