I placed order No 4994498 on 22 sep 2012 and paid with my credit card. since 25 sep the status of the order is being shown as çargo ready' by naaptol. customer care is useless as one cannot speak to anyone and you only get recorded message. kindly help. NAAPTOL — non delivery of items
I HAVE PURCHASED ONE DIGITAL CAMERA ON 21.09.2010 AND ORDER NO IS 787062 BUT TILL DATE I AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE THE CAMERA AND I HAVE ALREDAY MADE THE PAYMENT ON CREDIT CARD AND TRYING FOR REFUND OF THE SAME. AFTER SO MANY CALLS AT NAAPTOL, THEY GIVE ME ONE REQUEST NO AND I DO NOT KNOW , WHAT TO DO WITH THIS REQUEST NO 283574
