[Resolved] Naaptol.com — Not received any refund | |||
Hi sir, i purchase a new zync tablet from naaptol on dated 23-oct-2012. when i recv tablet its defected or not in working order, i called to custmer care and cce ask me to go local shop. next day i return this product to Naaptol. affter a week i called again to CCE and he asking for replace this one in a week. but i am not recv. when i am out of city then i recv a call for pic my tablel but it is not possibal i requsted to back this tablet and want my money back. still a month i am not recv any amount and called napptol cce but no one recv my call please help me out. thanks & regards.
