Naaptol.com — Refund not processed for damaged good | |||
After having received a damaged HCL Tab ME U1 from Naaptol.com on the 1st of Nov, I spoke to the naaptol.com customer service centre which said they will refund the amount in full when I send them back the tablet. I have sent the tablet back on the 2nd of Nov and since then I have called them atleast 13-14 times and spoken to so many people all of whom say that the refund is under process and will take some time. Many have committed that it will take 2 days more, 3 days more. But till now my money has not come and its been 25 days. I have all the documents with me, and also have all the call recordings which I have made. Please help as to what is the legal course of action I can take. Was this information helpful? | |||
