[Resolved] Naaptol — DELIVERED WRONG ITEM | |||
MYSELF PURCHASED THROUGH ONLINE (Order no: 4722999) , DRILL MACHINE WITH KIT FROM NAAPTOL, BUT DELIVERED HAIR DRIER BY MISTAKE, (COMPLAINT NO: 3532030). LATER ON NAAPTOL REPLIED TO RETURN THAT WRONG ITEM TO THEIR NOMINATED COURIER WHICH WAS 40 KM FAR FROM MY HOME , AND WHICH WAS NOT POSSIBLE FOR MY FATHER AGE OF 86 YRS OLD OR FOR MYSELF (STAYING AT MUMBAI) TO RETURN THAT ITEM AT THEIR COURIER. WE INFORMED OUR PROBLEM TO NAAPTOL ONE MONTH BACK AND INFORM NAAPTOL TO DELIVER THE RIGHT ITEM AND INSTRUCT THE SAME COURIER TO TAKE BACK THE WRONG ITEM WHICH WAS DELIVERED. TILL DATE NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM NAAPTOL’S END . MYSELF WANT THE PAID AMOUNT RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF THE ACTUAL ITEM WITH THE ITEM WHICH WAS WRONGLY DELIVERED Was this information helpful? | |||
