[Resolved] Naaptol — Different & defective product delivered | |||
Hi I ordered three shirts and 1 saree on 26.01.2013, today I have received all products. Shirts are ok but there is difference in color & quality of saree I ordered & one I received. I have ordered saree (color-purple with black) but I have received saree (color- black with purple) and sparkles pasted on saree seems to be off lower quality as they are getting removed from saree already. Therefore, I requested Naaptol to arrange for return delivery of saree. I received reply from Naaptol which I am quoting below:- "Dear Mr. Gupta, Thank you for writing to Naaptol. We apologize for the inconvenience and distress created by us. We regret to inform you the order was received to you which is same product. We request you to kindly bear with us." I did not under stand what they were trying to say, therefore I write them to explain what they are trying to say. Since that I have not received any feed back from company. I am purchasing online products from ages now but I have not faced this type of problem before this is the first time I facing this type problem on my online purchasing.
