[Resolved] Naaptol / EPhone — Product not received from last 45 days | |
Hi, My name is Vinod kumar ,I have buy an EPHONE from naaptol.om online shoping site on 27 Sept 2009. Its been more than 45 days to go but still I have not received the product.Payment is made through credit card.I am having all the confirmation mail which I have received from naaptol.My order no is 58438 but after 20 days back I made a call to these guys regarding the same but they said this order is canel and you have to make another order as we have received the payment,I said OK ,then the concern guys said that your new order ID is 83694.After few days back I checked the status of the same order that reflect again cancelled,again I made a call to customer service executive who said that we have not received the payment for this product and asked for my credit card statement.I send them a scanned copy of my credit card statement but nothing has been done so far. Plz find the attached credit card statement and screen shot of confirmation of EPHONE from naaptol. Kindly look into the matter ,I shall be highly greatful to you. Was this information helpful? | |
