Naaptol — Fraudulent Service | |||
My friend had ordered a BlackBerry Bold 2 9700 with 3G in April 2012, via Order No. 3742282. The product received soon developed technical glitches. On contracting support she was guided by a representative from Naaptol to return her product for replacement, which she did so on June 27th, 2012. Naaptol confirmed having received the product on July 4th, 2012. She was informed of the receipt and told that the product would reach her back within a duration of 15 days. On completion of the said duration, she wrote again and was perhaps told to wait for a few more days. At the time of writing this email, she has already called several times, but to no avail. The customer service executives have been very rude to her. She even lodged a complaint with one Mr Saddam Patwadi, yet no step has been taken whatsoever to attend to her grievance, least of all replace/return her product. The customer service personnel refuse to forward her call to their seniors, and on being told that they may have to face a consumer court reply rather mockingly that we may do as we wish. I find this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It has been more than a month and she is yet to receive any indication that her product is on its way to being delivered to her.
