I have Ordered the Product Name : Folding Cupboard - Stylish, Portable & Space Saving on Order Date : July 15, 2011 and my Order No is : 2070244. Still i have not received the Product its almost 2months, the satus shows as Cargo ready for past 1month. I talked to the Customer care several times to cancel the Order, but they are saying they cannot cancelled the order once it is booked. If the product is not shipped i dont know what is the reason theuy are saying it cannot be cancelled. They are simply saying dont accept the product, i am out of station by coming week i will not be in office for not to accept it.
How can you hold my money for two months without delivering the product. I dont want any of your product just give me my money back, you dont have any rights to withhold my money for this much time, this would come under cheating and mental harassment section if want to register a complaint.
