Naaptol — OLD ITEM DELIVERED AND NOT SENDING MY REFUND | |||
I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER WITH NAAPTOL FOR PURCHASE OF JEANS WIDE ORDER NO.4163999 AS ON 09TH JUNE 2012. WHEN I HAVE RECEIVED MY PRODUCT I AM SHOCKED BECAUSE I HAVE RECEIVED DIFFRENT OLD AND USED JEANS FROM THEM. WHEN I HAVE CALLED THEM THEY HAVE TOLD SEND PRODUCT TO THEM. PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED AS ON 21TH JUNE 2012 TO THEIR WARE HOUSE. WHEN I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND THEY TOLD THEY HAVE CREDITED IN MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS ON 29TH JUNE 2012. BUT SINCE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND IN MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. WHEN I HAVE ASKED THEM FOR THE ISSUE THEY TOLD SEND ME MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. NAAPTOL IS BIG CHEATER OF ONLINE SHOPPING.
