I buy a Xelectron ws707 tablet PC from naaptol.com.
Order Number. 4172779
Placed on Date: 10 Jun 2012
When i ordered,
the Tablet Specification showed --- its coming with inbuit sim slot to data support, but here today (18/06/2012) I received the product
But here there is "No" such slot or provision to SIM,
Why this company advertising wrong specification and why they cheating us, already another one complaint also registered regards this same product by Mr.Arun Raj also,
Please advice us how to proceed this issue, legally
Can I forward this complaint to Consumer court (as online fraud seller or any other way)

aaptol sale executive told me in this tablet Sim will be work u can use Sim in this tablet. U can surf Internet through Sim card.He told me there is a Sim slot. But when it is delivered to me i am finding for Sim slot. I called to naaptol customer care then he told sir there is no Sim slot.Sir i just socked . And i told to naaptol to return he told me sir we can't.You can do anything we will not Was this information helpful? |

As per our telephonic conversation, request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
* Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
* Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.
