i purchased mini refrigreator from naaptol, which not working from last 3 weeks.& the company is not solving my problem..the product is still under warranty.
my order number is 5979506, which i ordered on 15/02/2013. i registered the complaint also. 4591302.. but your service department is not listening. they are making fool of me. & saying the illogical problems. they are also suggesting to show the product in local market..why should i go to local, market?... is customer is not important for you?

On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3687827] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.
Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.
