Naaptol / Vox 507+ — bad handset | |||
i have bought vox 507+ mobile phone from www.naaptol.com website through their newspaper advertisement. They have send me the mobile but it has not meet the specifications as per the advertisement. They have cheated me and now they are not listing my complain. Their customer care number is not working so i m not able to contact them for the complain. As per our telephonic conversation you said that you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.
We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
* Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
* Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.
Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.

several time over phone and emailed to you on 06.05.12., ie during the warranty period.
You are silent during the last 7 months without replacing the set and not even replying my
mails though the set is damaged during the warranty period., and U are going on cheating
people by advertising Ur products through leading news papers and through internet.

than to proceed against U legally and circulate the matter to the Print and Internet media.
