[Resolved]  Nagar Nigam — Stray animals in the locality

We are facing a lot of problems with the stray dogs and cows in out locality. The number is increasing day in and day out with no one to do anything about the situation. The roads and streets are filled with cow dungs and condition is getting worse everyday.
