Name correction in Electricity Bill

There is minor correction required in my electricity bill. My name should be "Md Farooque Nezami", but by mistake it has been mentioned as "Md farque nizam".
Please do the needful to correction the minor errors ASAP.

But actually its not correct. my correct address is FLAT NO 203, PLOT NO. 4, SHREE KRISHNA APARTMENT NEW BABULKHEDA, NEAR MANAVTA HIGH SCHOOL RAMESWARI ROAD.440027.

So pls request to you that correct my address

Correction in address in Electricity Bill

There is a minor correction required in my electricity bill. My address is ''H.No.5-5/193, RAJALINGAM COLONY, BODUPPAL, NEAR TELEPHONE COLONY ", but by mistake it has been mentioned as "5-5/193, TELEPHONE COLONY, BODUPPAL".

Hence, You are requested to kindly do the minor correction in my address ASAP.
