Name and Address correction in Electricity Bill Complaints & Reviews

Respected BESCOM Officials,

There is minor correction required in my electricity bill. My name should be "ARVIND.H.V", but by mistake it has been mentioned as "ARAVIND" and the actual house address is "# 51, 1st blk, 12th Crs, Sujatha Reddy Layout, but by mistake it has been mentioned as "# 51, 1st Mn, 2nd crs".
Please do the needful to correct both the errors ASAP.
