[Resolved]  Nandi Gas Distributors — Delay in delivery of cylinder

I am a regular costumer of LPG gas (household cylinder) of Indian oil corporation ltd, with the dealer Nandi Gas, Jhilmil Colony, Shahdara, Delhi with the connection number 22269 in the name of Rajesh, I had booked online for refill with the booking number 1197217 dated 17th July, 2012 ,

Now, when I checked the status of booking dated 17th july, 2012, it is showing delivered on 17th July 2012, but till date I have not received the cylinder. Also showing a fresh booking dated 31st July,2012, which is not done by me.

An immediate attention to this matter will be highly appreciated
