[Resolved] Nasscom — NASSCOM CARD NOT YET RECEIVED

I Registered in nasscom in nov, 2011.
I not yet recieved the nasscom card.
I paid 331/- amount in pos in challa chambers, rajbhavan road, hyderabad.
Plz help me in this issue.
It is very important to me.

I worked till September. Then I got dengue for that reason I was required to take a medical leave .since I was hospitalized...and I was prescribed for bed rest for a month ..but my September's salary was put on hold..plz suggest what can be done?
