mental harassment in daily basis in work place by higher management

I am working in a company last 8 years,
Last 3 months i have been threatened they they can lay of me anytime.
Using two terms, behavior issue, unproductive.
I knock all the door for a neutral investigation, within my current company, however loose faith and hope.
Looking real help.
Today they threaded over skype call, to find a new job now, when i replied, lock down is on going, they gave me ultimetam for 10 days.
Last 3 months i have been threatened they they can lay of me anytime.

Here am complaining about mr. Mavilla ramakrishna. He manipulated a girl that he marries her. And now she is 30weeks pregnent. Now he is telling that he dont want to marry her. He shifted to banglore not at all responding her calls or messages. His family is blackmailing and metally torturing her. Now he reported in banglore wipro. So please take immediate action on him. Please give her genuine justice to her.

remove the complaint against kodspider technologies

Please remove my complaint. This is a special request to nasscom.
Kodspider technologies is a truthful company. Unknowingly i put a complaint regarding wages now it have been resolved and nasscom is not removing.
Kodspider technologies delivers good service in cheap rates. They have brilliant designers and developers. They are even helping others to get employed.
The top management is doing a very good job. Such good people and company cant be seen in kerala. There is no bossism rule over there. They only delivers best services. Unkowingly i filed and later i came to know truth and tried to remove previous complaint. They are truthful to clients and clients are really happy.

fraud company _ kodspider technologies

Hi
I have been employed as bdo in kodspider technologies pvt ltd. They are highly fraudulant as they used to claim the clients as they are highly organized. Roughly 5 to 6 employees are there. The ceo is also in to development activity but he is not graduated even. I had to take leave for some days as my daughter was hospitalised. By that time they terminated be without paying me and claiming that i should pay notice pay to them. By saying all these they claimed that my salary will be nulled. They are acquiring clients by lying only.

Complaint marked as Resolved Has been resolved. The ceo( director ) is not involved in working activity. Mr. Balavishnu is a high skilled coder and others are also graduates. Withdrawing my complaint.

Services to these two USA companies are done from Saras India P Ltd., (it looks like those 2 companies are giving contact to Saras India)

Cheating of Indian youth

Cheating youth of India
Youth of India Should have wisdom and awareness of society and social evils perpetrated on them to contain them.Our schools and colleges only generate graduates who are employable by the rich but not self employed. There are no elective papers in colleges which give youth awareness of labor laws or their rights or ways to self employment. NASSCOM "Home Page | NASSCOM www.nasscom.org" is a chamcha of the rich which always says we need more graduates for jobs but it is only a trick to create unhealthy competition or cheap labor (not even low cost labor) for the rich who run industry. Why should youth only depend on rich capitalists for jobs why can't they themselves become venture capitalists and contribute taxes for the country. Most HR of such companies are relatives of the owner and indulge in unfair practices like making youth work for 12 to 14 hours in the name of achieving targets and incentives. This is the trend in call centers and software companies in Chennai and Bangalore.

nac registration
i have submitted my application form for NAC test 2008 for rajasthan in ICG, jaipur with application fee of Rs. 500/- on 16/9/2008. i was provided with username and password for online registration on site nac.nasscom.in. i have tried many a times to save my registration details but i could not succeed. i have sent many emails to nasscom for solving my problem but nobody is bothered in nasscom about problems of others. last date of submission of application form is 25.09.2008. i have also contacted ICG for resolving my problem but they came out with no solution kindly ask nasscom to solve my problems immediately as i want to give the exam.

Dear sir,
We are the employee of First source solution Limited on Kolkata Branch & the process for Vodaforne (Bengal), we are most Sr. C.S.A(Customer Service Associate) of First source, last 3rd of Nov, we are attempt to submits our Spot Resignation, to our H.R(Rumela Das), & O.M(Harjindar Kaur), because of we got a better opportunity, but they r not accepting our Resignation, told us u have to surf 15 days notice period (with so rude behavioral, Specially Harjindar Kaur) we replied its not possible, because, we have to join our new company, we can do as minimum time forr serve notice period, as per, whatever the Leave Balance we have, but
they r not give us any chances & also thereat ed that we r not eligible forr get our Release letter & P.F amount also,
Specially H.R Rumela Ma'am was Told me that in our H.R Room Zone, So we hv only 1 question about that, is it true?
if we are not serve Notice period, then we are not eligible forr release letter & P.F amount also.
Please reply, Because we don't want to loose, after 2, 3 or 4 years work experience certificate & P.F money also, which is deducted from our salaries all month on past those years.That's why we r try to inforrm all the matter, whatver our company told us. please sir look into the matter.
We hope u will look into this matter, solve our problem, ASAP, we are waiting forr your reply with
coordination, We are seeking forr your help.
