Hi, I want to bring in light a company national health organisation which is making all the false commitments before selling there health insurance packages. I got a call from national health organisation call center on 28-March-2012 from [protected] and guy on the other side said that my name is shortlisted for health package where i can get a health insurance for a family of four just rs 4500/-. And i can get a package only today and tomorrow it's not possible but somehow that was also a false statement i got an package on 30-Mar-2012.He and his two seniors committed the following things that will be included in the package No consultation fee for any doctor for any number of visits throughout the year for any of the insured person This is a false commitment as for Ist visit the consultation is fee as per the policy received than it is chargeable even not sure first will also be free or not 50% discount on tests anywhere in india False commitment again as per the policy received it is 20%. Again not sure it is 20% also. Complete health checkup coupons False commitment as no coupons received If you don't like the policy you can return it in 2 months False commitment again as i called there customer care almost 14 days after the receive of the policy but they said it is not 2 months it is 15 days so i again requested them to cancel the policy as it is only 14 days i received the policy. But on this the lady said it is from the date of dispatch. WOW!! They say that all the calls are recorded so i asked there customer care guys to hear it and confirm it about false commitments but they are not ready to do so. I need my money back. Can anybody let me know how is it possible to get it. Guys just beware of any call from national health organisation other wise you will also be duped. You all are right this policy is totally fraud. They did false commitments and fraudulently collecting money from the customers. They give wrong numbers to talk to their seniors and when you called that number some other guy who don't know about NHO will speak and said its wrong number. thereafter if you call on the number who gave you the wrong number that number will be switched off. Please don't believe on this NHO Policy. They are totally fraud people and misguiding people. I will definitely prepare a case against this Company and sue them in Court.

I got a call from a delhi number same as posted above. They told me all the same lies as many of you have heard and experienced. I got to know the truth only when I called their customer service office which is based out of Bangalore. The lady named PADMA told me to send a mail citing the misrepresentation of facts and she assured me that the policy will be cancelled. However I have not heard back from her and it clear that is organization is a fraudulent one to the bone. We should have criminal proceedings against such orgainzations for duping customers.
I got a call too from the same number explaining me about all the benefits of NHO. He said that the offer is only valid till today so i said fine i will give it a thought and will call you back if I am interested. Then that guy was telling that I cannot call back to that number so I went to their website while on call and asked if I can call on the number shown in BOLD LETTERS on the very top of their website. He told I cannot call that number too as it is a government number. WTF! Why have they given that number there if i can't call that? Why do you have a buy now option there If i cant buy? Why is there a contact now button if i cant contact them from there? I told him I am not interested and cut the call.
All this proves that its a fake organization trying to pull out money.

I also got a call from[protected] stating the same insurance plan, where the advisor gave few information like discount on medicines 15% and 2 free coupons for dental check up where there is no cap to any treatment also 4 free coupons for entire body check for the one who are insure also if I dont like there service I can cancel it any time with all my money back...
This itself triggered me that it is fishy as no organisation will run a charity business as even after using there coupons we can cancel the policy free of cost

My name is VijayaDurga I. My membership id is [protected]. I had taken a 2 year plan for four members in November 2012 after their executive committed that I will be getting one checkup voucher each for cervical cancer and breast cancer. But I received none. After so many calls and emails one Mr. Amit Prabhakar (Contact No. [protected]) who had claimed himself as Senior Marketing Manager told me that he is unable to find any hospital offering cancer checkup voucher for free. Then I had asked him a full refund of my money. After so many months from November 2012 in March 2013 he had sent me a mail (from '[protected]@nationalhealthorganisation') stating that because of wrong commitment from their side my refund will be processed by 14 March 2013. But till now I had not received any refund. When I am trying to contact him through the email address from which he had sent me the mail and also on '[protected]@nationalhealthorganisation.com', there is no reply or when I am contacting him on his mobile number which he had provided a message is coming stating that there is no mobile number working. Neither their toll free number [protected] is working. This means they are fraud and had cheated their customer. I will write a complaint letter to its CEO and still if there is no response from their side, I am thinking of lodging a cheating case under Section 420 and also in the consumer forum against the CEO of Green Chilli Marketing Pvt Ltd, Mr. James Philip, CEO, National Health Organisation, Green Chilli Marketing Pvt Ltd, 4th floor, Mitra Towers, 10/4, Kasturba Road, Bengaluru-5600001
I also victim of this organisation. They have taken money and when you call for the service they will give you some no. and will say that the required person will call you after 1 hr but months have passed I have not received any call. They are just a cheater. I am sure that these guys are running fraud organisation.
