National Institute Of Management — no reply and no refund of money

i have applied for the gdba course last year and my roll number is and/08-09/113 and till knw i haven't received any books or any call from this institute and i am trying to contact them from last one year but nobody is responding me , as i have paid the total amount of 18700 from cheque and the chque number is 335901 dated 5/4/2008 and know i want the refund for the same as i don't have any trust on institiute . i ahve amiled them so many times but reply of mail also
