National Institute Of Management — Non receipt of the docket

It has been notified by the customer that the courier has not been received till now and the docket number is :[protected] and on your website it is stating that the docket reached Jalgaon on 29/08/2008 however after 5 days the customer has not received the docket. It is not getting digested that the courier service is not taking any responsibility of the said docket. My feedback would be "Let us live in 2008 " and work efficiently.
