[Resolved]  National Institute Of Open Schooling — Non Refund of fees paid through credit card

DEAR SIR,
I have been trying to get my fees transferred from STREAM IV to STREAM 1 .Ihave already written to the chairman NIOS via letter dated 29/08/09.I have submitted a letter to the chairman on[protected]recieving no:282 D).I had deposited money via credit card
(an amount of rs 1350).Please help me by getting my payment transferred to the correct sttream.

On 1.2.2010 due to some problem in the server of NIOS, we paid twice (Rs.450/-, each time ) using credit card, for on demand exam for my son sharad, Sr Secondary, on demand exam, in Physics and maths.His Enrollment no is [protected].
Please help me to get the refund of Rs.450/- paid in excess.
