i have also received similar message to my mobile as a winner of 250, 000 gbp through icc mobile draw, london n that the consignment was sent through a senior british diplomat who has reached delhi.n now he is asking me to clear the customs tax of 1 percent for the above amount at the delhi airport.i request the concerned director of icc to give us more details regarding this as we wud like to proceed as per our indian government rules to claim the same.

I recived a message on my mobile stating that we have won a prize money of 250, 000 GBP for lucky draw of mobile number at the icc uk 09.
Then I received an email from Mr.Jerry (prize adminstrator) that you have won the prize and contact nation wide bank plc uk for further instructions, on contacting the bank one Mr.Tom Williams said to be (Divisional Director)nation wide bank plc. Address 329, Green street, Upton park London, E139AB.sent us a application to be filled that was all my personal information, We completed the application and sent a scan of my IS card for identification.They had given a reference number to be stated in all correspondence the number was {ICC-081511}. I was in touch with Mr.jerry and Mr.Tom thro' emails. The last mail received stated that one diplomat will reach New Delhi with the prize money and i have to be ready with Rs.27365/ to clear the consignment.
Please advice me whether this is TRUE or a BIG SCAM as I have given my personal information and scan copy of my ID.What step should I take now please inform me??

hw i can get this rewarded rupees... this is fake or really i get the money...
