[Resolved] Naukrinews.com — Resume Services | |||
Hi Team, I really need you support to resolve my issue I've enrolled to Naukrinews.com resume flashing system. But, till date i've not received a single interview call. They will send you mails call you to enroll but after you've done that there is no response at all. I informed them if they can come at my residence and collect the payment but they refused. I bunked my important meeting 1 day and depoisted the cash in their account. Also, shared the transaction details which banks nowadays do not share. After we doing so much there is 0 service that you receive. I call only 1 person Suman from Delhi and she promises a lot but there is no output at all. You send an email there is no response from anyone. I wrote to the service head of Naukri.com, as per them they both are different entities and hence, they cant help me if i've enrolled from Naukrinews.com Is the customer suppoe to know what entity you belong to, we just want the service of the amount that we've paid for and that's it. Sir / Madam : Request you to please speak with someone or escalate this matter as from the time i've enrolled I've not received any calls ... or help me in getting a refund of the amount i've paid ... They call themselves as renouned and respected group of rozgar samarchar patrika etc. I being senior HR professional in the country wanted to ascertain the facts above and actually paid 4798/-stating that I would like to apply for jobs in Middle east and Asia Pac. The so called marketing sweet talkers would keep bothering you till you pay them and ask for resume modifcation by their content writer who are not really competant as what I experience with my discussion twice with them. Post that marketing guy will say that content writer is not from their department and I should send my CV to the marketing guy. Once I got some 200 odd mails undelivered due to various reason and it seems naukri news has done their ritual of sending my resume to unkown mail IDs and couple of personal names and still no one contacted me. Upon my discussions with Naukri news rep. they were too not aware or atleast pretended. This is sheer cheating ... I am taking this up with consumer forum and will see what best can be done. Dear Readers please dont fall prey to such calls or mails, its a sincere request.
I don't know whom to approach for the deficiency in service provided by NaukriNews.com. Not only they failed to provide me the service as advertised for the package I had subscribed but in addition I had to go through the trauma of trying to get in touch with someone who is patient and courteous enough to listen to my concerns.
In July I had subscribed for NaukriNews Gulf by paying Rs 4798 for placement assistance in Gulf Countries. They were supposed to send regular mails on openings in Gulf and flash my resume to companies/Consultancies in Gulf. Instead of this I find that I am getting mails for job vacancies in India. First there was a delay in flashing my resume and when they finally did, they flashed my resume to companies in India.
I am more concerned and frustrated by attitude of the employees. They don’t even return your calls and make you feel like they are doing a favor whereas they should understand that I have paid for the services and their salaries comes from customers like me.
They are conning people by getting customer information from Naukri.com and they have similary sounding name naukrinews.com for this.
I Need my money back or partial refund as the only service which was provided was the resume service
