Sir/Madam,
This is regarding unauthorized charges / delay of deposit amount...
we organised mela on January 2013, for 10 days , and for that we have to deposit amount of Rs.100000/- and Rs.100000/- for fess of ground and they told us this deposited amount will be return us within 1 month... this is now 5 months onward still we are not able to get our deposit amount..and when we request them for the same they told us we are return the deposit after deduction of service charges but they didn't inform us regarding this before. and even they take 100000 rupees from us for the ground charges. they forcing there non ability on us.
please help us regarding this,
