We residents at Vashi, Navimumbai facing a big issue with the stray dogs existing in sector 5, 6, 7, 8 in Vashi, Navimumbai.
The nimber of dogs is too high and creates a fear among the residents when they go out.No one knows from where a dog will apear in front of you and starts scaring you with barking.

I have been trying to open the official website www.nmmc.gov.in to pay my property tax but im unable to do so. Please help me with any other alternate site to go and pay the bill. There has been no official communication regarding the change in the website. The hardcopy of the bill also mentions the website as www.nmmc.gov.in.
Kindly look into the same at utmost priority and get it resolved.

I have made compliant about illegal debris dumping at adavali bhutawali mahape since 2014 to march 2017 but i have not received the resolution for debris dumping. Adavali bhutawali is agricultural land but some debris mafiya dumping murum, chemical west, debris since 2007 but civic body and officer are not taking strong action against the debris mafiya. I have my plot in midc. I have my transfer certificate, possession papers from midc. However my tax record name still shows the previous owners name. I have paid my property taxes. I went to local nmmc office nd the officer tells me that i need around 5 lakhs for transferring. I don't undertand this. I have the plot in my name, just to change the name in tax record i need to pay such an amount. This looks more like a bribe
