[Resolved]  Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation - Town Planning Department — Occupancy Certificate issue

Respected Sir,

We, the flat owners of Bhumiraj Twin Bridge, Sector-16, Ghansoli have been waiting for the possession for the last 2-3 years. The project is complete, but still the Occupancy Certificate has not been issued from NMMC. NMMC has at the last moment forwarded this to the MCZMA seeking environmental clearances, which has delayed the possession. We do not have any visibility on how long this is going to take. There are some 84 families owning flats in this project, most of whom have purchased through home loans. We are bearing the burden of heavy EMIs as well as the high rent.
