Thanks for your comments. In fact you overlooked your Refund which was timely made to you as per the company policies.
This company is doing this fraudulent practice for quite some time. I ordered two books which I never receive and they never bothered to reply my email or refund my money. I have lodged a complain with my credit card company. Well, they actually sent me one reply once. the reply was "we will soon ship your books". That "soon" never happened. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING FROM THIS FRAUD.
Dear Mr. Ag. We strongly object your blame on us. Kindly Provide your Order number and we will solve it immidiatly. Your comments seems to be with some malafied intentions.

www.nbcindia.com is a fabulous website providing great service. Mr.Yogender Sharma has been fantastic in responding. Even I was mistaken about my refund earlier. He cleared it out very courteously.

awful customer service

ordered end of jan (website said delivery in 8 - 10 days) - till mid feb it showedd approved but no dispatch details - since my requirement was for a project i had to cancel - this required several mails and enquiries and phone calls - most of which were never answered - eventually i ordered the same over flipkart - got it in two days.
Meanwhile suddenly after a month suddenly book arrives - and is obviously of no use to me - it is returned after assurances of immediate refund unopened. That was 15 days ago - no refund, no response to emails - last week i was told on the phone it will take 48 hours. yesterday afternoon i was told two hours! and there has been nothing! this for 800 odd Rs. APPALLING!

Nbc India — order not delivered even after payment
I had placed 2 orders on the Nbcindia website. Its been a month I have not got the books. The customer care number given is not attended by anyone. Also they are not replying to any of my mails. Order number: NBC[protected] and NBC[protected] I have also ordered book from NBCINDIA because the cost was minimum on this site. I was a little apprehensive about placing the order but anyway went ahead with the order. Now I am waiting for it to get full filled. Though I am based in delhi still they will take 1 month to deliver the order. Moreover nobody picks up the phone at their customer care center.

He's promised to look into the matter and get back to me. I am hopeful now that my problem will be solved.
