[Resolved]  Neon Broadband — Poor Internet service

Hello,

I had applied for broadband connection (Incuding WIFI device) with NEON Broadband on 28th November 2010. Marketing person from company came and collected the money on the same day(entire year money they charge for connection). Connection was promised to me within 3 to 4 working days, however connection never happened till 20th October that too after 'n' no of follow-up and phone calls. WIFI router is still pending till date.. and connection is so poor. connection is for 1 Mbps but hardly it goes up to 500 kbps. When i complained about it, the answer i got is that other people must be using it hence speed is slow and i was not been told earlier about all this. I had taken the connection on a ground that if the connections and service is poor, within 1 month they will return my money however they are refusing to do so.. mr harish is never available in time n we work only 10am - 6 pm to visit customers .when mr harish downloads @ 2mbps he doesnt write here but when he gets less he do writes here . we have given 2mbps burst on 1mbps account .mr harish plz fix your time and call on [protected] for your local support between work hours n get fixed your problem if you are facing any .
mr ahir is no more since 6 years with us .
