[Resolved]  Net Banking — Duplicate ID and Password not received

I, Mohd. Nadeem having Saving A/C [protected] in Seelampur Branch(East-Delhi) since year 2006.Bank issued me User ID and Password.By mistake i forgot my ID ann Password.
After this i applied for duplicate user ID and password 4-5 times but i did't get any response from bank's side.
I met to Bank manager personaly, Bank manager said my ID and password will dispatch at my home.
But till today i did't get any infromation regarding this. when i go to bank nobody give me status of my querry.
Really now i became frustrate from bank's service.
I have complaint regarding this to Genral manager of SBI through net, but nobody took action.
On 19th April 2008 i submitted application form for duplicate user ID and Password in my branch(This is 6th time).
Now i hope SBI's seniors will draw thier attention to solve customers's problem
