[Resolved]  Net Protector Antivirus — Faulty Product and Ill Trained Technical Support Team

I had purchased Net Protector Anti Virus on 3 March, 2012. Initially the same worked fine. However, after a week of purchase I faced several issues since the anti virus deleted certain windows files whereby some software that i use for legal research i.e. the laws some files of it were deleted whereby I lost my valuable research and notes that I had collected. The other problem was that some printer drivers were also corrupted so I could'nt use my printers to their optimum. The entire episode lasted 1 week whereby I lost valuable working hours as well as data eventually I was advised to have my PC formatted which I did. Since the installation files of the Anti Virus were faulty I was asked to download the application files from their website. Accordingly the problem pertaining to the Printer installation and running and of files being deleted was rectified. However, now today i.e. 2 April, 2012 I am facing the same problem with the printer as I am unable to take duplex prints with my HP 1536 dnf printer. I have confirmed with HP and they have been unable to help me since the Net Protector Software blocks the HP utilities they are unable to help me inspite of their best efforts. My own hardware engineer to has tried his best but since the issue pertains to Net Protector Anti Virus he is also unable to help me. It appears that the Technical support team of Net Protector is thoroughly ill trained as they are unable to resolve the issue and make the customer/client go from one executive to the other and they keep chit chatting amongst themselves about the issue and put the client on endless hold. Eventually I was told that I should consult my hardware engineer.
Sir you are therefore requested to look into my complaint as this product Anti - Virus is of vital importance to an individuals privacy, data security as well as protection from hacking, etc.
