The customer care is worst !! Beware, malwares are coming from the updates of NP, which can destroy your windows XP. The provided call center numbers are useless and if someone gets connected by luck, there are no satisfactory answers that you would get. All in all, the antivirus is user friendly, but the customer care department is horrible !!

I have faced the same problem. It is not worth at all to have Net Protector (?) on PC as their updates themselves bring viruses and it affects the OS, I have already experienced that before. In spite of having 1 year license, I had uninstalled it and preferred to go for another one. I totally agree that customer care is absolutely useless and very arrogant. I would say .
