i couldnt understand . is this fake?

one week ago i had joined but not recieved any form, only gets ads to join other income schemes where u have to pay, seems to be fake site so dont waste ur time

I AM NOT UR MEMBER BUT WANT TO JOIN..
I WANTED TO ASK THAT IS THERE ANY CONDITION IN WHICH V HAVE TO BEAR MONEY IN CASE OF
ANY DATA LOSS OR SOME OTHER THINGS.

Last week i registered with netjobs4all.com for online form filling job.After login at members area it is showing forms will be sent by mail as per given e-mail address.But till date i have not received any such type of mail.When are you going to send the forms to start work from home. I bought your C.D.Mailer/floppy disk at Rs. 300. But I have not recevied any such type of mail. Sir please send any information about this or allow me to the job.
