[Resolved]  Nexsus Techno solutions Pvt Ltd — Salary Problem/ False commitment to the new Employee

HI GUYS,

THIS IS TO RAISE AN ALARM AGAINST A FRAUD COMPANY CALLED NEXSUS TECHNO SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.

Whose Director Shanto Mitra Based in Mumbai is a fraud, Cheater and a shameless person. This man hires people for his company and does not pay them salary. I have yet not received my salary and other dues.
Even after many follow ups, This guy is shameless and says that he does not have the money to pay . He has got branches in Delhi, kolkatta and bangalore and eveythere it is the same story.

We are Planning to file a case and send Notice against the company and the man.

I AM ALSO PLANNING TO APPROACH TV AND NEWS PAPERS FOR THE SAME. IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE THAT YOU GUYS CAN DO TO HELP ME.

Nexsus is a fraud company, I too did not get my 2 months salary. The Director is a cheat himself, who keeps changing his numbers.

I dont believe on this false and baseless allegation. Infact its one of those companies which gives chance to new comers and freshers and can learn a lot. i would urge all the others not get to intimated or alarmed with the above mentioned details.

I am willing to share the nos of all the employees who were duped by Nexsus, we are also ready to provide evidence. Dont try to fool others. these conpany is in deep .

First and Foremost you dont have a identity of yours...so stop howling around...i[censored] have the guts first let us know who you are and whats your Emp ID or Code...i shall take it up with my company whom we all trust.

ha ha ha, why do you need security guards in your Delhi Office, ask your boss and yes dont forget to wag your tail. :-)

I totally agree,
This guy Shanto Mitra is actually worst person to work with and a shameless guy.
He wants his employees to work 24/7 but never pay them monthly, He always pay his employees salary 2-3 months late as he has said many times that no one can leave Nexsus on their own wish and if they do so I will not pay them and no one can do anything.

I have seen people crying and struggling hard to live working in nexsus because they believe this shameless creature that from next month he will pay them on time.

He has all the money to party but cannot pay and he is so shameless to buy a new car when his employees are waiting for salary from 3 months and he says he has no money,

If someone leaves nexsus he has to leave all his pending salary and other benifits and all the money that he has paid in advance for anything like travelling. About PF, I have checked online my account on PF website and after all my findings I came to know that he has not created any PF accounts for his employees the PF account number that is mentioned on the salary slip is fake,

if you have the guts then please reply to Debashis Bhattacharjee [protected], his complaint is penfding since Dec 2010. first respond to his complaint and i wil give you 30 more nos to respond.

i have not seen director change his number i worked with him for long and he got same number and landline number.

i agree he has not changed his nos but all other complaints are true. He is a cheat

hello friends! why are you shouting so much and why are you doing so this?
i was also the employee of Nexsus in Delhi Branch but i never feel this type of problem in company. So i am not understanding that Why are you against the company and why are you doing this.

Friends if you have some problem in this company then you can leave the job Company is paying all payments to everyone. But don't misguide anyone.

We have already left the job, and in a very good position. It was like hell in Nexsus. had to wait for 4 monhts to get 1 months salary. why dont you clear the dues pending since last 6 -8 months, also the PF amount. And you are talking about Delhi. you have not cleared the dues of palash who is incharge of our off in Delhi . I can also tell you the amount.

This is the company which has not only taught me how to work, but has supported me and my family for the past 4 years. I'm grateful and indebted to this company as it has helped not only shape my career also make me a better person. How much did they pay you palash???? you hav an outstanding of 8 lakhs. you'r a coward. you have backstabed us and we no longer trust you. you will never be a good leader in your life. you are supporting the wrong people.
