Im sorry sir that in my first complaint in place of Air conditioner i have written LCD t.v so, im writting you again so please Read this complaint in place of 1st one.
I have purchased LG Air conditioner which is of 2 Tons from Next retail outlet in indore which is situated at sapna sangeeta road. I have purchased on 27 october and since i am facing lots of problem. When i called Next retail outlet for installing the AC they send their engineer after 2 days and charging Installation charges for Installing new Air conditioner. The amount he was charging is almost 3000 to 4000.When i tried to called them thier numbers which is written on envelope is not in service. Even the engineers didnt no their outlet numbers. From 27 october till now i have called them 20 to 3o times but, they didnt respond me back. really they harrased me. they are fooling the cutomers by providing these kind of services. I hope action will be taken against them very soon. so that it is not repeated again with any customer. Was this information helpful? |
