[Resolved]  Nicer Dicer — blades broken

i am leaving as bachelor & i thought this is the best product to cut onions & i have puchased nicer dicer some 3-4 months back, but rearly used.last sunday i took it out to cut onions, to my surprise after the first half of onion is cut, the blade has droped into the bin.where can i complain for this, can i get the blade? can anybody help me out.

Blades only gets broken i[censored]sed wrongly, You should keep the skin side down and the broad side on the blade side. Cut the vegetable in 1 stroke. If you stop in between it will not cut properly and you might damage the blade For the blades you can call on [protected].

Even i am facing the same problem.My blades are broken and bended, so please give me the number from where i can order Blades.the above mentioned number is not working.

If i call this No-[protected] i am getting response as "This No is currently switched off"

what's the cost of the blades, have you any idea

I have order the same product, it cuts the soft veg perfectly, but once I used for cutting Carrot, and the blade got bend. When I called the Toll Free No. early hour, they told me that they take complaint only from 10 am to 12 noon, when I tried to cal in between this hour, my call was not answered. My order No. 1625785. My product is from Telebrand. They shows in the adv. that they replace the blade at free cost. If not, where do I get the blades

i have brought NICER DICER from TELE BRANDS big name bit product totally third class.just after 1 month of purchasing it i was cutting onion and its blade got broken into pieces.

We have purchesed nicer dicer by tv teleshopping on 20-10-13. After one month one of its blades came out from the setting.then we set it and adjusted.After using now both of two blades came out and blades are bented .kindly what is the best soluctions for this.you send new blade set for both.reply soon.

I purchased a Nicer dicer on October2, 2014 vide invoice no.ND"846". While chopping onions, the small blade meant for fine chopping broke loose and all the blades fell into the collecting box. Since then wee registered the complaint through phone and the through e-mail ([protected]@tvbuy.co.in). Thee mail to the to mail address failed. Phone calls are not addre3ssed and we have not recieved any response from the company. I( want the company to repay the money.

ALL the blades came out when I tried to chop thin cubes of swede. The blades went right in to the bin but the remaining blade was ok with other softer fruit and vegetables so I kept it and have been using it for over a year. The container has a crack on one side. My fault. I have been unable to find a replacement listed anywhere.
