I here with complaint of the product nexgen nicer dicer plus multi chopper vegetable cutter fruit slicer, this i purchased on 8th april 2016 from amazon. this product we are not using frequently because uses are very less like if guest come or any function, etc. hardly we used 5 to 6 times till now.

Onion cutter was damage as i attached the image copy for same.

Kindly replace

I have a complaint that I order nicer dicer plus from its website and order on[protected] but its container and lid are cracked and defected, I complain on the website on[protected], but there is no response, I also call on the telephone number but no one is responsing it, please send someone to replace it because it is expensive not cheap, sent someone to replace

When we operate for cutting the beetroot, the blades got brokenwith in 3 months. Kindly arrange to replace the same. i can give you order details of the purchase 3029022 and paid rs. 2964/- call center no. [protected]

I am a Retired Army personal. Based on an advertisement in a television channel on a product (vegetable cutter) named Nicer-Dicer (By Telecart) I have bought the above mentioned product. The cost price is Rs.2500 and they offered it at a reduced price of Rs. 2300 on account of Vishu festival. The cutter has been tried by using beans, tomato, green plantain etc. The result is totally unsatisfactory, neither could it cut carrot nor could it cut tomatos. When we tried to cut tomato with the cutter the juice came out. Though it has been intimated to them on phone on 26th May, 2015, next day though promised nobody came to verify and replace it. Other descriptions are: 1. It doesn’t carry the MRP which is mandatory under sales tax rules. 2. There is no proper receipt. I wish this may be given wild publicity so that nobody is tricked into buying such products.

The worst customer experience ever!!! This is a bogus company. The customer care representative is the worst...dont know who gave her the job. She keeps slamming the phone down if she picks (we tried more than 20 times). We had ordered for nicer-dicer in an offer where u buy one for Rs 999; however, if you buy 2 you get it for Rs 1499/-. We received our order but it was incomplete, we got just one piece, which had a broken lid. After that we have been having a nightmare. Initially we were told that we will recieve the second piece and the damaged part will be replaced. Then when we followed up, they were unable to get our docket #. We have still not received our second piece. The customer care representative is an arrogant, rude, and shameless woman. I doubt she is even educated... Hope nobody has to go through what we have experienced. PLEASE BE AWARE. PLEAS DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

This is the fake and scrap products sold in Telechoice, last week we purchased two NICER DICER from Telechoice amounting Rs. 4000.00.
This is totally a scrap, we are unable to cut onions, it is just sticking to the blades and very difficult to cut... On complaining the same to telechoice customer complaints, we got feedback that we need to send the blades to telechoice registered office, and they will rectify the same if required itseems...

See the response of the telechoice company, I haven't seen such a scrap product for which so many advertisements in TV.

I am not satisfied with the performance of the product - Nicer Dicer. I saw the advertisement for publicity on Telebrands and instantly ordered the product. But when we tried in our house for the first time it gave us zero result for onion and tomato.The Onion got stuck in it and never went across the sharp german blades.Also when I put tomato it was smashed with juice.
Is this we expect after spending our hard earned money.
Also the customer care number just make us to hear music for long hours. This is really pathetic on part of Telebrands.

i online purchased a nicer dicer from tv teleshopping. but they delivered a fake product and was not as it was shown on their site. they asked me to return the product. i returned it at my cost and asked them to send the original product...and till date i am waiting for the product.i am proceeding to consumer court.i request all of you not to purchase any item from this site.

My wife ordered Nicer Dicer after seeing various TV advertisements, assuming that it will be useful to her in cutting the vegetables. However, on the very first day o[censored]se of this product, the center blade broken while she was cutting Onion, even though the TV Ad claims repeatedly that the blade is German Blade and very strong. When we contacted the company customer service, they told us to send it by courier to the company. However, to our dismay, the company even did not bother to receive the parcel and the courier company returned the parcel back to us at the same pack we sen to them. The TV Ad of the company claim if there is any problem, they will arrange to return but in this case they just returned the parcel without accepting and not even bothered to receive the parcel and see what is the complaint of the customer.

This is a bogus company and just cheating the people. I would request people not to go by the TV Ad as it is waste of money for the customer and they even do not bother about customer servicing.

within a 17days the big blades broken the company is providing 15days money back for non satisfaction they are giving guarantee but after 15 days if it is breaking where i can complaint i want it to be replaced by one month or else i will complaint all social networks then your product wont be sold any were for details contact this no:[protected]

I have ordered for a product called Nicer Dicer by seeing the advertisement on TV - Telebrand.

As shown in the TV, the order has been placed by telephone mobile no. [protected]. They asked my credit card over phone for Credit card no. and the amount of Rs. 2094 and the Biller name is TELEBRANDS-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN.

The material has not been received by me till 6th Apr 11. When I contacted the mobile number they asked to contact their customer care no. of[protected].

I am in touch with the above customer care number for the past 10 days and they always ask me to wait for two more days.

As per them the despatch details by postoffice is R0016031. But I enquired at Chennai post office and there is no such parcel available at Chennai. I wonder does it take 15 days for material to come from Mumbai to Chennai.

Kindly suggest for either getting the material or getting back the money.

Both of them got damaged because of manufacturing defect.
On of the machine's locking system got damaged
other one's blade( bigeer) got damaged.
I carried the second machine with me to dubai

We ordered on phone Nicer Dicer (Genius make), which was delivered by VPP on 7th Dec. After the payment when I opened it, one of the cups is broken already. As shown on the TV, ( we have the option to return the product within 15 days) I want to return it. So I have been trying to find out the procedure for returning it, but no clear replies from the Media Sellers. I feel I have been CHEATED.

We bought the nicerdicer on 14/9/09, order no M831075, got it delivered on 22/09/09, it worked nicely in the beginning but first the big blade got damaged( ie, few blades goes up while cutting the vegetables. soon after the other blade also started showing the same symptoms.

Is this thing expected to work only for 2 months! I don't know. Pls help, i had a tough time trying to call your customer support for one week, which is almost every time engaged.

I have lost faith in tele brands, This was my first product from tele brands and decided that i will not buy anything further from telebrands.

i have purchased nicer dicer from telebrand india vide order no.1693780 first i recd my product after 1 month after receiving of product i use it but the blades of that were not satisfactory working then i called telebrand for complaint they said return back to us i send that back through courier vide c.n.no.75300146 dated 01/10/2009 but instead of change the product or refund after making several calls to them they said we have not recd the product & told me to courier recd recpt to fax them. i faxed that recpt three times but they told me that our fax machine is not working, some times they tell today there is no person to receive fax & so many things to avoid of returning money.

i, my husband and my children was very much impressed by watching thing done by this nicer dicer which is around 2500rupees if you want to save the money it will be sent through credit card.we ordered through credit card they told that first we inform you after that we will send.but without informing us they delivered. but in delivery in place of nicer dicer they send srap books i made comlaint in telephone. refund my money, nicer dicer and and compensation for harrassing me.otherwise i am going to aproach the appropriate legal form.my costomer no. is 1664388 . beware of this cheated company.

Any person will feel bad if a product which is brought for 2400 rupees, do not work properly on the first day itself..when i was cutting carrot with nicer dicer on the first day the blades happened to disalign ...and in the adv they were cutting carrot itself...i have brought the product by sample, demonstration and discription but i feel cheated for the same...more over i have paid 2400 while times offer is giving same for about 1300...i will spoil tele brands name, if they dont adress my problem...
i thought it will help me to save time...but ended up losing both time and money ...TELEBRANDS YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING TO SURVIVE IN INDIA

We purchased the above product from telebrand tv shoppie, the product was delivered to us on 08.05.09 evening through its dealer Moothedan Overseas Mumbai, Kalyan, vide invoice no.932466 dt 08.05.09.

The product is not upto the mark, specially the blades of the dicer are very fragile, as soon as i started chopping the onion one of the blade has come out.This is the first complaint of mine but i'm more upset with the behavior of your CS staff and dealer.This is my request to you pl look into this matter otherwise i've to take some other step as i know my rights.

Dear Team,

I have placed an order for your product Nicer - Dicer 7-8 days back and also had given my Credit card number for the same and was informed that i will receive the same within 7 days and once the product is received at my address the amount will be debited from my card.But the same in not yet received at our address till date and also the amount has been debited from my Credit Card.

When i called up your toll free number [protected] i haven't got a proper reply anytime i called up ur customer care. I have called them approximately 4-5 times since yesterday.when i called in the evening the officer said tht i will get the information in the morning from 10-6. When i called them in the morning the person said tht he will trf the line to the concerned dept. But after some time he said tht call after 10 mins and u will get the revert. When i called up again they again said the same thing and when i got irate he said tht some 1 will get in touch with me after 5 but again the same thing ...i didnt receive any call from your end. So i called up again in the evening to know about tthe status. Again the officer said tht pls call between 10-6. Then why the hell are they for, if they cant solve my query or problem R they just to say that "Pls call from 10-6"

I just want to know tht whne will i get my order at my place.Hope this time you wont let me down.

Hi i am writing this complaint so that u guys those who read this can at least think twice before purchasing something after watching an advertisement on television. I bought a nicer dicer watching a tv add but actually when i received it i saw one of the blade was broken as well as the container was broken so when i called up the customer care they told me that i have to send it back with my postal charges when i told them that it was there problem because i received a damaged order but they never bothered and when i told them that i want to return they asked me to return it back again with my postal charges and they also told that the postal charges which i payed will also be not refunded and i would get the amount after 3 weeks so i didn't want to waste my money on postal charges as i have seen the product and it is not as efficient as shown in the television so i kept it in one corner of my house i have wasted 2500 rupees on it so i don't want anyone to be fooled again

we have taken the product of tele brands the name is NICER DICER . we give order befor two month but we cn not receive till date. we call every week for the product to the help line, but they are not giving any responce.

Please give some reply as soon as possible.
