My wife ordered Nicer Dicer after seeing various TV advertisements, assuming that it will be useful to her in cutting the vegetables. However, on the very first day o[censored]se of this product, the center blade broken while she was cutting Onion, even though the TV Ad claims repeatedly that the blade is German Blade and very strong. When we contacted the company customer service, they told us to send it by courier to the company. However, to our dismay, the company even did not bother to receive the parcel and the courier company returned the parcel back to us at the same pack we sen to them. The TV Ad of the company claim if there is any problem, they will arrange to return but in this case they just returned the parcel without accepting and not even bothered to receive the parcel and see what is the complaint of the customer.
This is a bogus company and just cheating the people. I would request people not to go by the TV Ad as it is waste of money for the customer and they even do not bother about customer servicing.

This is not the right way to deal with the customer after selling your product. This company has no business ethics, even they are not bothered for their name and brand image. I would request people not to go by the TV Ad as it is waste of money for the customer and they even do not bother about customer servicing.
