[Resolved]  Nihilent Technologies — Auto activation of Caller tune

Good Day,

Today the 08th of March 2009, i got a call from an unknown number, which started playing a pathetic song and later said this Caller tune will be activated on your phone in 24 hours, i call up custonmer service immediately to avoid any inconvenience, the executive tells me not to worry as he cannot see anything on the system. the next minute i get an sms from Vodafone saying this caller tune is acctivated and that i would be charged R.30/- every month.
I again called up customer service to inform them and get this pathetic caller tune which i never asked for deactivated, Vodafone has taken down my complaint, want to see whats next...
All of my fellow mobile users please be aware that Vodafone is trying to cheat us, we are educated customers, i am going to take this issue to the highest authority.
