[Resolved] NIIT — how can we get money back(Refund) | |
Dear Sir, One of my friend joined NIIT Ltd; kalina Centre, for GNIIT ( 1 Year ) course in August 2007, Niit promissess her that she will complete their Semister in 6mths but it tooked 1yr to complete a 1st MT . They promised a course duration of 1 year. Now its February 2009, i.e. about 1year & 6 months and they have not been able to complete even half of the course. While joining the course, she had planned for MA. But now she is finding herself into the viscious circle of the NIIT centre. Please tell me what can she do to get her fees back. I have joined NIIT classes this month only. I enrolled for c programming, c sharp and SQL. After joining I realised that teaching method is really very poor. I'll almost complete my C Programming course and right now don't want to continue c sharp and SQL. I am asking refund NIIT faculty but they are saying i have attended one lecture of SQL so they have marked present and now they are saying as you attend one class we can not refund your money back. Please help me.

i see that niit is not responding to any of our pleas to refund the money.i hav the utmost disregard for this institution and will enlighten everyone around me about the fraud.
