My overall certificate is pending with NIIT for last 10 Years and I have been waiting patiently for thr last 2 month since I open this case.

Please can I ask for assistance here in getting my certificate delivered from NIIT because every time I contact NIIT all I am hearing it is pending with higher authority with no resolution to my case for last 2.5 months.

Note: It is a matter o[censored]rgency impacting my job as I need to submit it to my employer.

This is with regards to my certification program completed successfully from NIIT Jamshedpur. Its been 10 years since I completed my course and the certificate is still pending.

Issue Summary.

1. During my admission, it was very clearly called out, I want to enroll for GNIIT but from backend it was converted to ANIIT which is a false practice done by the franchise owner. Regardless of making multiple complaints against it, no resolution was provided, and no support was received from the regional head Mr. Souvik Chakraborty Territory Technical Lead.

2. The second problem generated by the Jamshedpur Franchise owner was, they charged me 28000 for Internship with Tata Steel. The internship certificate is also not yet received. This is was again highlighted to Mr. Souvik Chakraborty Territory Technical Head. He again failed to resolve this issue for me.

I have multiple meetings and email exchange with the Territory head but in the past 10 years, I have failed to receive a resolution. A lot of wrong practices were followed by the franchise owner looting the student money for multiple activity and not sure who all are involved in this.

I am currently employed and have an urgent need for my course certificates. I am happy to settle with ANIIT but given the urgence, I am looking for a resolution ASAP.

My name is Lalatendu jena and S[protected] is my student ID, on 21/5/24 I asked NIIT through email for my refund of rupees 5k . I applied online through training.com . In website it is mentioned that refund will take place within 10 working day but I received a email from [protected]@niit.com that the process will take 30/45 days . I want refund as soon as possible with interest amount within 3 days unless I shall take legal action against NIIT

I worked for NIIT for 7 years and shifted to other company.
Provident fund history does not reflect NIIT name. I had email and phone communication with PF person on [protected]@niit.com and provided all the needed documents.
Its been more than 6 months I am not getting any resolution on this.
please help to get this resolved at the earliest.

I was working with NIIT Technologies during[protected] and joined IBM Pvt Ltd. and submitted my PF Withdrawl Form to HR team twice but they say they have not received any response, still the PF is with the NIIT PF Trust.

Also, when I tried to verify my certificate from NIIT academic portal it showing invalid.
